Darryl is the President of ACTUS Holdings, LLC (dba Actus) with over 25 years of experience in Las Vegas. As the President, he is in charge of the growth, development, and maintenance of the firm. After working for the Residential Developers, Lenar / Harmony Homes as the Engineering Director, he will be managing specific projects including processing of entitlement services, the preparation of proposals and fee estimates, and design decisions within the Land Development Division. Federal and hydrology design projects, along with the day to day operations, will be his main focus for ACTUS.

David has over 38 years of consulting engineering experience with 27 years of land development, where he has worked on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. David was the local Engineering Manager for a Civil Engineering company for over 18 years overseeing and participating in entitlements, site design, preparation of final construction documents, design specifications, project estimates, permitting, and inspection of projects. He works closely with clients to help them navigate land development concerns, jurisdictional requirements, land use laws, and construction issues that exist on every project. David has managed the design process on projects such as Federal Air Force Housing facilities across the country and in Europe, temporary employee camps in ND, NV, WY, and MT, and a 2 million sq. ft. of industrial property development.

With over 25 years of site planning, land entitlements, civil engineering design, land development and project management experience, Rusty always strives to provide cost effective designs while meeting the project schedule to deliver his client's vision. Rusty has managed residential projects for more than 15 years; 3 of those years were spent as a Land Development Project Manager for the national residential builder, D.R. Horton Homes. While at D.R. Horton, he was responsible for managing and coordinating the civil engineers, surveyors, dry utility coordinators, architects and site superintendents for projects ranging from standalone single family residential subdivisions to mini master plan projects; some of which included private/public infrastructure and community recreation facilities.
